Hi All
Since 1994, I have worked as a roofer in Mauritius (a cyclonic island).
Recently, to cover a 102m by 60m structure, we used PBR panels with 5 Ribs, 0.63mm thick, 320MPA from Colorbond (Australia). On Z sections/2.4mm thick/ 450MPA.
50mm fiberglass wool in between the PBR panels and the purlins .
What should I have done instead of using a panel with a bearing leg because it does not directly rest on the purlins, according to the local engineer working on this project?
Considering that there is insulation between?
Please let me know what you think about this.
Hope to read you very soon.
